La Cà Bar is where it all started — Tuan opened this spot on 6th Ave in 2017. The phở starts with 24-hour bone broth. The bánh mì gets fresh-baked baguettes. Same family recipes from Central Vietnam, cooked the way they've always been cooked.

Our hours are: Mon-Thu: 11:00 AM - Midnight, Fri-Sat: 11:00 AM - 2:00 AM, Sun: 11:00 AM - Midnight. We recommend calling ahead on holidays as hours may vary.
Give us a call at (253) 267-5540. For groups of 6 or more, we'd suggest calling ahead — especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Takeout — just call ahead or walk in. For delivery, we're on DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub. Big orders? Give us a heads up so we can have it ready.
We do. Tofu phở, veggie spring rolls, and most of our rice and noodle dishes can be made without meat. Just let your server know.
